As we include 1 year’s support by telephone, fax or email in the cost of the licence, you may find that you do not need on-site help to set up, or training. Our Support Team can lead you through the stages needed to start entering data. If you feel you need help, or you want to speed the learning curve, on-site training and help with setting up can be easily arranged.

We recommend a “user-led” training schedule. It is more cost effective and allows you to decide how much help and training is needed, how often and when. You can then make sure that the day-to-day work is continued whilst the accounting system is set up.

From experience we have discovered that many users find any new computer program complicated especially if there are many options and features as with A++. Once the basic concept is understood, however, and the preferences have been set to suit your way of working, the system is very simple and easy to use.

We have also found that long periods of intensive training do not produce such good results as shorter periods of training on specific features, allowing you and your staff to become familiar with the option before progressing to the next.
