How can they make a profit at that low price?

The program has been designed to suit all types of businesses it can therefore be sold as a “mass market” product with profits coming from large numbers of sales.

Development is expensive but once completed production costs are low. Our only costs are admin, support and marketing. Unlike our competitors we do not charge high prices for a product that has a very low production cost.

Since we allow the program to be copied and downloaded from our web site our distribution costs are minimal.

We produce the product and sell it directly, so no royalties or agents fees have to be paid.

How can that price include support?

Our products include the first years support. In addition, we can offer support for subsequent years at only 7.5% of the retail cost.
