Revenue reports, such as VAT and Withholding Tax are produced at the touch of a button. An export option allows the creation of Revenue-acceptable files which can be emailed. The Stock Control option is a flexible inventory system that puts the user in control of their stock at all times. Clear reporting of stock quantities, including ageing and movement, allow quick responses by management regarding stock levels, shelf life and re-ordering.        Integrated with the Sales and Purchase Ledgers, the product levels are automatically updated by each transaction. Re-order levels, Negative stock warnings, Consignment items, Expiry dates, Product breakdown, Assembly and a detailed analysis allows management controls to be easily set up and used.
