Project Management is required by a large variety of businesses from Graphic Designers to Property Development companies.
A++ offers a Job Costing option which allows individual Jobs to be set up with a long text description. Contract details and Budget amounts can be entered, together with estimated Start and End dates so progress can be recorded.

Purchases, Products and Time costs can be allocated to the Job, which will automatically calculate the Work in Progress. Cost Centres can be used to record time spent by employees, or specialized machinery on a job, with a default rates set for each one, thus allowing analysis of how the person or machine has spent their time.
Products can be Manufactured from the Job Costing option giving the module greater flexibility. Raw materials, indirect costs, time and purchases can be added to the job, giving a true reflection of manufacturing costs, real and against budget.
The Stage Payment option records details of deposits and part payments, when they are due, when invoiced and when paid. The stage payment can be calculated as a percentage of the contract amount, or any selected amount. |
