A++ offers the user the option to select invoices which allow large amounts of text to be entered, and can record deposits received. Frequently used Text Invoices can be saved as Quotations and converted to Invoices for any customer whenever required. The Reminders and Memos options act as prompts for future activities and a History record can be kept supplying information quickly on past charging.

Service invoices can be produced which will accrue VAT and record Withholding tax. They are easily changed to Tax Invoice/Receipts when payment is received.
A++ includes a Job Costing option which allows individual Jobs to be set up with a long description. Time spent by the professional and any staff, plus products and other additional purchased items can be allocated to the job, thus providing a cost price when invoicing for the services. Using Cost Centres for members of staff, or the use and hire of specialised equipment allows detailed records to be stored and easily analysed. |
